The purchase of a home is for most people the largest most expensive and complicated investment they will ever make. However, a home is much more than just an investment it is a shelter for you and your family to gather and a place of comfort that you can enjoy for years to come.
The purchase of a home can be very exciting and sometimes stressful; it can be easy to miss very expensive defects or irregularities with the home. It is the unknown problems with existing homes that can take what should be a joyful and exciting experience and turn it into a financial disaster. That is where Noble House Building Services can help; let us take the worry off of your shoulders by inspecting your potential home prior to settlement. We will provide you with a thorough inspection in writing of your prospective property. Once you have our inspection report you will be able to make an educated decision about going forward with your real estate transaction. You will also have a means of negotiating with the seller to get a better price on the home and to cover any costs that may need to be incurred to do improvements or repair deficiencies that we find.
