It is the unknown problems with existing homes that can take what should be a joyful and exciting experience and turn it into a financial disaster. That is where Noble House Building Services can help; let us take the worry off of your shoulders by inspecting your potential home prior to settlement. We will provide you with a thorough inspection in writing of your prospective property. Once you have our inspection report you will be able to make an educated decision about going forward with your real estate transaction. You will also have a means of negotiating with the seller to get a better price on the home and to cover any costs that may need to be incurred to do improvements or repair deficiencies that we find.
Our inspectors are experienced home builders that have become licensed by the state of Maryland to perform home inspections. Our inspectors are also certified building annalists through BPI the Building Performance Institute www.bpi.org/
